Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from John's Militaria and to every distance contract concluded between John's Militaria and the consumer.
By placing an order on the website, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Offer and information
All products offered are original or reproduction military and historical objects, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Photos and descriptions have been prepared as accurately as possible, but minor deviations may occur. No rights can be derived from this.
The offer is valid while stocks last or as long as it is listed on the website.
Article 4 – Disclaimer and historical context

At John's Militaria, we wish to make it clear that the military and historical objects we offer – particularly pieces from the National Socialist period – are intended exclusively for serious collectors, scholarly and art-historical research, studies of uniformology and military history, and documentation of the events of that time.
Any form of use, support, or association with illegal, extremist, or ideological purposes is completely rejected by us and is in no way supported.
Article 5 – Prices and payments
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, in accordance with Dutch law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and are visible in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.
Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on the website.
Article 6 – Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment.
After shipment, the customer receives a confirmation with a track & trace number.
The final delivery time depends on the carrier and is beyond the control of John's Militaria.
John's Militaria is not liable for delays or damage caused during transport by the carrier.
Article 7 – Returns
In accordance with Dutch law (Right of Withdrawal), the consumer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returns are only possible in the original condition and packaging.
The costs and risks of return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer.
Upon receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.
Article 8 – Warranty and liability
John's Militaria guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
John's Militaria is not liable for damage caused by improper or unlawful use of the products.
Given the nature and age of some objects, there may be signs of use and aging; this does not constitute a defect or grounds for warranty.
Article 9 – Privacy
Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders and communicating with the customer.
John's Militaria handles customer data with care and does not provide it to third parties, unless legally required.

Article 10 – Disputes
All agreements between John's Militaria and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement as much as possible. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
