These terms and conditions apply to every offer from John's Militaria and to every distance contract concluded between John's Militaria and the consumer.
By placing an order on the website, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

All products offered are original or reproduction military and historical objects, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor deviations may occur. No rights can be derived from this.
The offer is valid while stocks last or as long as it is stated on the website.

At John's Militaria, we want to make it clear that the military and historical objects we offer—particularly those from the National Socialist period—are intended exclusively for serious collectors, scientific and art historical research, studies of uniforms and military history, and documentation of events from that era.
Any use, support or association with illegal, extremist or ideological purposes is completely rejected by us and does not support it in any way.

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, in accordance with Dutch law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and are visible in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered on the website.

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment.
After shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation with a track & trace number.
The final delivery time depends on the carrier and is beyond the control of John's Militaria.
John's Militaria is not liable for delays or damage caused during transport by the carrier.

In accordance with Dutch law (Right of Withdrawal), the consumer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returns are only possible in the original condition and packaging.
The costs and risk of return shipment are borne by the consumer.
After receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

John's Militaria guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
John's Militaria is not liable for damage caused by improper or illegal use of the products.
Due to the nature and age of some items, there may be signs of wear and tear; this does not constitute a defect or grounds for warranty.

Personal data will only be used for processing orders and communicating with the customer.
John's Militaria handles customer data with care and does not provide it to third parties, unless legally required.

All agreements between John's Militaria and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement whenever possible. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
