You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Before returning an item, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance. Please fill out the form below for this purpose. Once we have received your request, we will send you the necessary return information (shipping address) and instructions.
3. Return
The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. As soon as we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount to the account you used for the order.
