Army belt buckle by R. Sieper & Sohne "R.S.&S." Steel construction. Maker marked on the reverse  "R.S.&S." Very good condition with most of the apple green finish intact. With original leather, also stamped by RS&S 1940. 
Very nice untouched piece.
