An original German document, an Ausweis (identity card), issued in 1938 for Heyo Domke, a Führer (leader) in the Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD). The document authorized him to administer examinations for the Reichssportabzeichen (Reich Sports Badge).
The holder of this ID is authorized to administer the prescribed examinations for obtaining the National Sports Badge in athletics, swimming, cycling, pack marching, and small-caliber shooting, in the presence of a second examiner from the same service area.
