The helmet itself is maker marked with Q66, which means the maker is Quist and the helmet size is 66. The lot number is 1915.
During the war, the helmet was fitted with green/yellow/brown camo; it is likely weathered because the helmet probably ended up in a barn after the war.
The decal is still beautifully preserved.
The helmet also has its original chin strap, which is clearly stamped.
