Nice, lightly worn M35 helmet.
This helmet was returned to the factory during the war and fitted with a rough canvas lining and a new liner.
The eagle was probably removed during the war and subsequently painted over with dark paint.
The chin strap is a bit stiff and could use some TLC, but it is nicely stamped with 1941.
Otherwise, a nice, complete helmet.
