MG34 or MG42 ammunition box for use on a vehicle gun (Patronenkasten 36). The box was suitable for a 150-round ammunition belt and was developed for use on armored vehicles. The box still retains its original paint and shows some rust and scratches from use. The box is nicely maker marked and dated. A fine example in good used condition!
