This is a beautiful original postcard depicting the return of the Condor Legion in June 1939. The Condor Legion was a military unit from Nazi Germany tasked with providing military assistance to the Spanish nationalists of Generalissimo Francisco Franco during the Spanish Civil War. The card features an artistic image with Luftwaffe personnel and 'Legion Condor' red and gold flags in very vibrant colors (the gold is shiny, but unfortunately barely visible on the scans). This postcard was published by 'Verlag Th. König' in Berlin SW. The postcard is in good condition and measures approximately 15 x 10.5 cm.
