Upon issue, the K98 was supplied with various accessories, including a carrying strap, a cleaning rod, a barrel cover, and an M34 cleaning kit that was officially introduced on September 4, 1934, and was used with all bolt-action rifles. The metal cleaning kit is nicely marked by the maker 'G. Appel' and dated 1935. The set is complete with a metal oil can, disassembly tool, chain, and 2 brushes. Nice set in good used condition!
