This series was issued in winter 1940/41 by the Winterhilfswerk (WHW).
It was a series of miniature enamel/metal flags and standards of the Wehrmacht (Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine), including regimental standards, commando flags and flags of generals and commanders.
