Belt buckle for enlisted men/non-commissioned officers of the KUK (Common) Land Forces of Austria-Hungary, ca. 1900–1918. It depicts the crowned double-headed eagle with sword and orb; this model was worn by virtually all army branches (infantry, artillery, engineers, etc.).
The lock is made of brass and is a barn find.
