Wehrmacht ZF41 riflescope with mount (Gewehr-Zielfernrohr 41), complete with original carrying case. The ZF41 riflescope with 1.5x magnification was designed for use with the K98 carbine and was first supplied in large numbers in 1941, together with a metal carrying case. The riflescope is neatly marked with 'cxn', indicating production by the company 'Emil Busch AG' from Rathenow. The mount is marked with 'duv'; all ZF41 mounts are marked with this inspection code. The set is complete with the original, slightly rusted, field-grey painted metal carrying case. The case is marked with 'jvb', indicating production by the company 'Wessel & Müller' from Lückenwalde.
